2024 FALL TACKLE FOOTBALL REGISTRATION IS OPEN

FEE - $150.00 - 1st-7th Grades - You must register at the above link. 
Includes Building Champions Camp - Camp put on by our High School Staff

Items required -
Registration Fee - $150 - Includes Camp 
Birth Certificate - Copy
Physical - Dated no earlier than 3/1/2024 - Physical required in order to be rostered on a team.
Proof of Residency/ Enrollment - Must provide a utility bill in your name showing that you live in the Union District or Show proof of enrollment in Union Public Schools for the 2024 season. Union employees that live outside the district will need to provide a copy of their employee ID. 

SAME Uniforms for 2024 - We will be using the same uniforms as last year 2023. If you need to purchase a new uniform, we will have uniform fitting dates that will be announced soon. All players must have the UYFA issued uniform, or they will not be allowed to play. (UPCOMING FITTING DATES AND PRICING WILL BE POSTED SOON) - Please check to make sure your uniform fits. 

Players responsible for equipment - UYFA does not supply equipment for players. This is the responsibility of each parent/guardian to make sure your player is equipped with the required pieces of equipment BEFORE THE FIRST PRACTICE - Helmet - shoulder pads - cleats - mouthpiece - Practice gear (equipment can be purchased at Gorfam Athletics, Dicks Sporting Goods, Academy, Play it Again Sports)

Helmets 1st - 7th grade - UYFA requires all players to wear SILVER helmets (Raider Silver). We offer a one time painting option at $25/ helmet. Coaches will pick up players helmets that need to be painted the first week of practice. UYFA coaches will collect the fee and will distribute the helmets/payments for painting. We will be sending out a reminder to all coaches and parents as we get closer to the season.
