2025 FALL TACKLE FOOTBALL REGISTRATION IS OPEN

FEE - $150.00 - 1st-7th Grades - You must register at the above link. Includes Building Champions Camp - Camp is put on by our High School Staff. Registration/Camp Fee does not include uniform/equipment. 

FUNDRAISING - We have fundraising opportunities that will be emailed to registered players starting May 1st - If your registration is unpaid, the first $150 raised will be applied to it. Any overage will be mailed to you to apply towards uniforms and equipment. 

Items required for your player to be rostered onto a team - due by 6/30:

Registration Fee Paid- $150 - Includes Camp - An invoice will be emailed to you with a link to pay through Square. Due by 6/30 or a late fee is applied. Your player will not be rostered if a payment is not received by the start of the season. WE NO LONGER ACCEPT CASH, CASHAPP, OR VENMO. 

Documents:  Need to be emailed with Student Name/Grade to uyfa.documents@gmail.com. IF NO PLAYER NAME/GRADE IS LISTED THEN IT WILL NOT BE APPLIED. Please email our Secretary with any questions involving acceptable documents at uyfa.secretary@gmail.com.

          Physical - Cannot be dated before 3/1/2025. We will have our FREE physical event in April for registered players and the District has an event for $20 physicals in May open to everyone.           Proof of Residency/ Enrollment - the following are acceptable proofs:
                    Utility bill in parent/guardian's name showing that you live in the Union School District
                    Proof of enrollment in Union Public Schools for the 2025-2026 school year (you may request this from the enrollment center)
                    Union Employees living outside of the district will need to provide a copy of their employee ID

NEW Uniforms for 2025Our New Vendor is Midwest Sporting Goods, located at 9530 E 55th Pl Tulsa, Ok 74145 - 918-728-3111 - Uniforms are a separate cost to be paid at the time you order. 

Player Equipment - UYFA does not supply equipment for players. This is the responsibility of each parent/guardian to make sure your player is equipped with the required pieces of equipment BEFORE THE FIRST PRACTICE - Helmet - shoulder pads - cleats - mouthpiece - Practice Jersey/Pants/Socks (equipment can be purchased at Midwest Sporting Goods, Dicks Sporting Goods, Scheels, or Academy). Practice Jersey color is determined by the Head Coach and should be communicated before the first scrimmage date.

Helmets 1st - 7th grade - HELMET UPDATE FOR 2025 - due to limited supply, UYFA has decided to move away from Silver helmets effective the 2025 season. The only grade exempt from this change is 7th Grade. UYFA has decided to move to WHITE HELMETS for the 2025 season. There is a high supply of all sizes through our new vendor, Midwest Sporting Goods.

We will have one final paint event for those needing to paint their current helmet for $25/helmet. More information coming with event details.
